Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Callicoon, Hancock, Peabrook, Stalker, Hankins, East Branch, Fishs Eddy, Equinunk, Harvard and Hortonville. Road washouts are being reported in the area. Heavy rainfall is expected to continue for at least the next hour. Safety instructions: Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Keokuk, Kahoka, Warsaw, Wayland, Alexandria, Luray, Croton, St. Francisville, Winchester, Revere, Charleston, Gregory Landing, Clark County Fairgrounds, Chambersburg, Ashton, Peaksville, Medill, Argyle, St. Patrick, and Anson. Safety instructions: For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. This is a dangerous storm.
