HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small hail. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Saugatuck Pier Heads, South Haven Light, St. Joseph Light, and St. Joseph. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Freeman.     * WHAT...The Heat Advisory has been replaced with an Extreme Heat Warning. High temperatures of 105 to 110 degrees and multiple days of Major Heat Risk. Hottest temperatures expected today. * WHERE...San Joaquin Valley and adjacent foothills, Lake Isabella, and the Kern River Valley. * WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and limited overnight relief may cause heat illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Afternoon high temperatures of 105 to 110 degrees will occur until Monday, with the hottest temperatures expected today. Overnight lows will generally only fall into the mid 60s to mid 70s with little overnight relief. Safety instructions: Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes. Take extra precautions when outside.
